Dream Work is an essential part of Sleep Coaching. Dreams are how our conscious self communicates with our uncouscious. Uncovering the reasons behind a sleep issue can help us overcome it, not only on a short term, but for good. Dream Work also help us to learn a lot about ourselves and in the process integrate elements of ourselves that were hidden or repressed. We will present you here some ways to practice Dream Work.
